- The USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub export for fiscal year 2023 records 176,949 petition approvals across 28,061 employers.
- The 10 largest sponsors account for 26,678 of those approvals — 15.1% of the total.
- The 50 largest account for 50,809, or 28.7%.
- 2,614 employers had at least 10 approvals; the remaining 25,447 had fewer.
Caveats
- Approvals count petitions, not workers: one person can be the beneficiary of more than one approved petition.
- The export covers fiscal year 2023, the latest USCIS has published at employer level.
